Our spiritual growth is too important to leave to chance. Because this is the mission of Harvest, we have defined a proven process that guarantees spiritual growth. It is the interstate to true happiness and we call it “The Harvest Process”.

The first step is to simply attend a service and join others in a corporate worship setting. While this is a huge step, it is only the first of four. The second step is to find a place to serve. We grow as we serve. As we set out to bless others, we ourselves are blessed. The third step is to get involved in a community group. These groups provide opportunities to build genuine relationships with others in the body of Christ as we do life together. The fourth and final step is to reach out to those around us as we share our faith and invite others to church. These four essential steps are time tested components that bring amazing growth to all who will follow them. At the end of this road lies the true happiness we are all seeking.
